Dragon talk to type software

I have purchased the Dragon speech to type software, has any one had experience with this product? I have not received the package as of yet but would like a heads-up on any problems.

Appraisal Inistute Class

I finally got my grade back from the appraisal Institute on the advanced report writing class that I took in November. I am relieved to say that I passed, this is the last hurdle I have on the way to my SRA designation from the Institute. Mr. Otto Spence, the president of the bluegrass Chapter of the appraisal Institute gave me a huge amount of support and let me draw on his expertise throughout this class. I now have to turn in my experience low to the Institute to be able to have the SRA designation.

Gloom and Doom For the Mortgage Business

It seems like every where I look today there is gloom and doom forcasted for the mortgage business. Here in Central Kentucky business is off somewhat but it is off every year thur the Christmas holidays. The orders in January that I have received are whithin a few of what I had last year. I travel about a thousand miles per week to inspect properties for my clients but this has allowed me to keep my business running at a normal pace. My crystal ball must be clouded or I just do not have the time to complain.
