I finally got my grade back from the appraisal Institute on the advanced report writing class that I took in November.  I am relieved to say that I passed, this is the last hurdle I have on the way to my SRA designation from the Institute.  Mr. Otto Spence, the president of the bluegrass Chapter of the appraisal Institute gave me a huge amount of support and let me draw on his expertise throughout this class.  I now have to turn in my experience low to the Institute to be able to have the SRA designation.
