The Appraisal Files

It seems like every where I look today there is gloom and doom forcasted for the mortgage business. Here in Central Kentucky business is off somewhat but it is off every year thur the Christmas holidays. The orders in January that I have received are whithin a few of what I had last year. I travel about a thousand miles per week to inspect properties for my clients but this has allowed me to keep my business running at a normal pace. My crystal ball must be clouded or I just do not have the time to complain.
